Obligatory ‘Why blog’ post

So, this is the first post of the Steadfast Strong blog. I am doing this blog for myself, but also for anyone who may benefit from reading it. The purpose of Steadfast Strong is to be an online journal of my attempting to reach 2017 goals in health; specifically my progress in Crossfit, attempts at slashing down my carbohydrates intake, (I eat too many carbs), and overall health.
